Some of our courses:
Cirrus Transition Training VFR
This three-day Cirrus Transition course is dedicated for all licensed pilots who wish to fly a Cirrus aircraft – either it’s your own one or a rented one.
The course focuses on mastering such maneuvers as aircraft control, engine management, use of avionics, use of autopilot and important emergency/abnormal situations in VFR conditions and all other type specific ones.
Completing the Transition Training Course satisfies most insurance requirements or aircraft checkout procedures for pilots new to Cirrus aircraft. This package includes 3 days of one-on-one instruction, an aircraft- and avionics-specific pilot training kit as well as access to the learning system (cirrusapproach.com).
Advanced Cirrus Transition Training
Maximize the aircraft’s utility by completing the Advanced Transition Training course.
The advanced version of the Transition Training course develops your proficiency in the IFR environment and culminates with an instrument proficiency check.
This package includes an aircraft- and avionics-specific pilot training kit, five days with a Cirrus Training Centre Instructor and access to the learning system (cirrusapproach.com)
Cirrus Recurrent Training
Cirrus Aircraft have more technology and safety features than any general aviation aircraft globally. Cirrus as well as Professional Aviation highly recommend Cirrus pilots to follow the recurrent training plan. This will not only maintain your safety skills, but improve them throughout your flying experiences and continuous learning process, and nothing is more important than that in aviation.
CBM IR on fleet or customer aircraft
The IR rating is not only an additional safety benefit in everyday flying but also a prerequisite for many other training courses in Europe.
The goal of competency-based IR training is to teach PPL or CPL holders, considering previous instrument flight training and related experience. It aims to provide the required qualification to fly under IFR and IMC weather conditions.
The Instrument Rating (IR) is an additional rating to the license (PPL or CPL) and entitles the holder to operate an aircraft under instrument flight rules (IFR).
At Professional Aviation we provide training on one of our fleet Cirrus, but we can also provide training on Your own plane! Contact us for more details and prerequisites!
FAA to EASA Conversion License
We are the only flight school in Italy and one of the few in Europe that also employs instructors who hold both European and U.S. instructor qualifications.
Therefore, in addition to the full range of valid courses according to European (EASA) regulations, we are also able to offer courses according to American (FAA) regulations and related conversions between the two.
